These terms apply to your use of the IsoKinder website and to screening appointments booked through it. By booking a screening you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
The service
IsoKinder provides a game-based screening of foundational cognitive skills for children aged 5 to 7 years, conducted at our office by a trained facilitator, and a written report of the results.
IsoKinder is a screening tool, not a diagnostic service. The report indicates areas that may benefit from further evaluation. It does not constitute a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis, and should not be relied on as one. Any decisions about your child's education or care should be made in consultation with qualified professionals.
Eligibility and consent
- Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian of the child.
- The child must be between 5 and 7 years of age on the date of the screening.
- By booking, you consent to your child participating in the screening and to the collection and use of information described in our Privacy Policy.
Bookings and payment
- The screening fee is displayed on the booking page, inclusive of GST, and is payable in full, in advance, through our online payment partner.
- A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
- A chosen slot is held for 15 minutes while payment is completed. If payment is not completed in that time, the slot is released.
- Rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
At the appointment
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booked slot, it will be considered a no-show.
- A parent or guardian must remain on the premises for the duration of the screening.
- We may stop a session if a child is unwell or distressed. In that case we will offer to reschedule at no charge.
Reports
Reports are provided to the parent or guardian who made the booking, as a printed copy on the day and by email. Reports are for your personal use and for sharing with your child's school or care professionals at your discretion.
Intellectual property
The IsoKinder game, website content, and report formats are the property of IsoKinder and may not be copied, recorded or reproduced without written permission. Photography or recording of the screening is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IsoKinder's liability arising out of a screening is limited to the fee paid for that screening. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a screening report.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
